  • Do you work at an agency or inhouse where digital comms is merely an add on, not front and centre of a creative comms campaign?
  • Do you want to manage a well-run, well-resourced team of creative and digital experts within a truly integrated agency?
  • Are you itching to unleash your marketing, digital and social media expertise?


If so, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for:

  • You know your way round a social media strategy, can undertake a brand refresh and develop digital marketing campaigns for lead generation, as well as produce an SEO strategy
  • You are data driven and know the value of demonstrating measurable results
  • You are ambitious to build a practice from a great foundation, enjoy networking, good at pitching and business building too
  • You love managing and bringing out the best in people as well as collaborating with colleagues across the business


What we are looking for:

  • A marketing, digital, social media strategy director, ideally with financial services or tech B2B experience
  • Someone operating at a Board level, a new biz and sales driver with P&L experience
  • Have an appetite to expand the role outside the UK, working with the agency’s international offices
  • Able to advise CMOs who need help to navigate their way ahead and can build creative campaigns with impactful measurable results.
