Managing Director – Digital marketing lead at one of the most exciting integrated agencies in the market

If so, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for:

  • You will own and lead a portfolio of financial service accounts, lead strategic marketing and communications strategies for expanding the digital marketing offering to financial services clients.
  • You will join the current UK leadership team to play a key role in the growth of the UK business and proposition; decision making, operations and people management.
  • People are at the heart of this agency and they will be looking to you to inspire, manage, and nurture this incredibly talented and driven team.


What we are looking for:

  • You will have a proven track record in sourcing, winning and running business
  • It is likely you are an established Managing Director or Director in Corporate Communications who is a financial services specialist, or happy to be a specialist, open to agency and in-house experience
  • Marketing and digital skills - both as a strategist and a hands-on practitioner. You should be confident developing digital strategies with an audience-first, thoughtful approach.
  • Someone who will ensure the team are developing their careers, doing their best work and enjoy coming to work every day.
