Sarah focuses on the corporate and financial sector, placing PR professionals in consultancies and in-house positions. She also undertakes senior level executive search campaigns.

After graduating from Nottingham Trent University in Business Management, Sarah worked for two specialist recruitment consultancies. Over nine years Sarah built relationships with a wide range of PR consultancies. In September 2003, she was approached to head up The Works, a company founded by Ashley Chace in 1996, as Managing Director. In February 2005, Sarah and Lynne Wilkins took ownership of the business.

Sarah loves experimenting in the kitchen and has recently taken up tennis and professes to be terrible. She likes to travel and scuba dives and skis whenever possible.
