It may not be stated as a specific reason, but as a professional recruiter, it’s not difficult to piece things together and realise that it’s behind the desire to move on. There’s lots of advice out there about dealing with this insidious issue, and as this week is National Anti-Bullying Week we’d like to do our bit and share some of it with you.
