A good team culture inspires and motivates employees; it is, in short, the foundation to a company’s success and plays an important role in gauging job satisfaction levels; salary increases are always going to play a significant role in deciding whether it’s time to move on, but they are by no means a deal breaker – it takes more than the promise of more in the pay packet to motivate an employee to look for a new job. Our recent Salary Survey findings show that it’s career progression that drives most PRs to start thinking about moving on to pastures new.

Our annual Salary Survey never fails to generate plenty of interesting findings – and this year was no different.
