Key responsibilities for this recruitment consultant role are:

  • Full responsibility to develop your desk, with guidance, tailored training and support
  • Building superb relationships with our existing network of candidates and clients
  • Developing new business and networking to expand your contacts and build your practice area
  • Organising targeted events to market your business
  • Pro-actively filling positions including headhunting and the use of social media

Key attributes and experience for this role are:

  • Strong sales and influencing skills with a resilient approach
  • Previous recruitment experience with strong track record
  • Desire to develop an in depth knowledge of your sector
  • The confidence to approach people with new opportunities as head hunting is crucial to the success of this desk
  • Intelligence, superb writing skills and a strong work ethic
  • Self motivated for responsibility and driven by achieving financial and personal success

This role as recruitment consultant offers a high earning potential and you will benefit from an extensive network of existing contacts with the ability to develop your desk further with support.
