what happens next

If you are invited in for a meeting, you will have a one to one interview with a consultant at our Covent Garden, central London office - or at a mutually convenient location. We will ask you to fill in a registration form and bring some proof of ID and eligibility to work in the UK if required.

Your consultant will ask you to go through your experience in some depth and will ask you questions to demonstrate your skills. Your consultant will make notes as this will be written into a report afterwards. If you have a portfolio of work, please bring that along. You will also be asked about your career goals and what you are looking for in your next move. If we are handling any appropriate job briefs then we will discuss these will you.

The length of the process to find you the right role varies greatly depending on your level and what you are looking for. For example, it can be as fast as a week at account executive level and as long as a year at managing director level. The average is two to three months from your initial meeting to offer stage.
